At Gym Plus, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gym equipment or apparel tags remain intact and included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
